Egg omelettes in an entirely new avatar!
MASALA EGG ROLL

Ingredients

8 eggs
1 medium onion, finely chopped
3 tbsps freshly chopped coriander leaves
4-5 green chillies, chopped
2-4 tbsps milk
½ tsp Tata Sampann Turmeric Powder
Salt to taste
1 tsp oil
Tomato ketchup to serve

Method

1. In a large bowl, break in eggs, whisk well. Strain the mixture into another bowl. Add onion, chopped coriander, green chillies and milk.
2. Add Tata Sampann Turmeric Powder, salt, and mix well using a fork.
3. Heat oil in a non-stick shallow pan, spread it to grease using a tissue paper.
4. Pour a small portion of the egg mixture into the pan and let the base cook on medium-low heat for 1 minute. Gently start rolling from one end towards the other to form a log.
5. Place the log on one end of the pan and wipe again with tissue paper. Pour another small portion of the egg mixture. Let it cook for 1 minute and start rolling. Repeat till the mixture is over. Gently take it off the heat.
6. Cut into slices and serve hot with tomato ketchup.
