Masala peanuts is a tasty snack which can be served during tea time. It is tasty,crunchy and easy to make snack MASALA PEANUTS Ingredients1 cup raw peanuts ½ teaspoon turmeric powder½ teaspoon red chilli powder Black salt to taste¾ teaspoon chaat masala Salt to taste1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste 3 tablespoons gram flour (besan)2 tablespoons cornflour2 tablespoons rice flour Oil for deep-frying Method1. Put peanuts in a bowl. Add turmeric powder, chilli powder, black salt, chaat masala, salt, ginger-garlic paste and 1 tablespoon water and mix well. Set aside for 10-15 minutes. 2. Mix together gram flour, cornflour, rice flour and salt in another bowl. 3. Dust the peanut mixture with the flour mixture and sift to remove the excess flour mix. 4. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Deep-fry the peanuts till crisp and golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper. Cool to room temperature.5. Serve or store in an airtight container.
