Ingredients

- Chicken boneless (Julian cutting) 200g

- Rice 400g

- Salt as per taste

- Black Pepper Powder 1 tsp

- Lemon Juice 1 tbsp

- Corn Flour 2 tbsp

- Ginger & Garlic Paste 1 tbsp

- Cooking Oil 2 tbsp

- Onion half

- Green Chili 2 pieces

- Garlic 4 pieces

- Red Capsicum (chopped) half

- Green Capsicum (chopped) half

- Tomato (chopped) half

- Red Chili Powder (chopped) half

- Black Pepper Powder half

- Soy Sauce half

- Chili Sauce half

-Method

-1- In a bowl, chicken, salt, black pepper powder, lemon juice, corn flour, ginger garlic paste and mix it well.

-2- Keep in the refrigerator for 15 to 20 minutes.

-3- Now shallow fry the marinated chicken in the cooking oil until light brown.

-4- In a pan, add cooking oil 2 tbsp, onion, green chili and fry until light brown.

-5- Now, add garlic, red capsicum, green capsicum, tomato and cook for a while.

-6- After that, add fried chicken, salt, red chili powder, black pepper powder, soy sauce, chili sauce, boiled rice and cook for 2-3 minutes.

-7- Use green onion for garnishing.

-Your tasty Chicken Masala Rice is ready now.

Cooking time: 35 to 40 minutes
