Put the ginger in a mixer jar, add garlic, onion, cumin seeds, curry leaves, green chillies, coriander seeds, dried red chillies, coconut and ½ cup water and grind to a fine paste.2. Take rice flour in a large bowl, add the ground paste and mix well. Add 1 cup water and mix till well combined. 3. Add 1 more cup of water and mix till a lump free and smooth batter is formed. Add another cup of water and mix till a thin batter is formed. Add salt and mix.4. Heat a non-stick tawa. Pour a ladle full of the batter, taking care that it spreads in a tin, even layer.
