Boiled baby potatoes tempered with indan spices and sesame seeds.MASALA SESAME POTATOESIngredients1 teaspoon white sesame seeds1 teaspoon black sesame seeds2 cups baby potatoes, boiled & peeled2 tablespoons oil 2 teaspoons cumin seeds2 teaspoons ginger, finely chopped2 green chillies, finely chopped1 medium onion, finely chopped1 teaspoon red chilli powder¼ teaspoon turmeric powder1 teaspoon coriander powder1 teaspoon garam masalaSalt to taste½ teaspoon chaat masalaSprinkle spring onion greens, chopped White sesame seeds for garnishBlack sesame seeds for garnishChopped spring onion greens for garnish Method1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan and add cumin seeds, ginger, green chillies and onions. Sauté till translucent. 2. Add chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder and some water. Mix well. 3. Add potatoes and salt. Mix well. Cook for 4-5 minutes.4. Add some water and stir. Add white and black sesame seeds and chaat masala powder. Mix well. 5. Add spring onion greens and serve hot garnished with black and white sesame seeds.
