Falafel is a deep-fried ball or patty made from ground chickpeas, fava beans, or both. Falafel is a traditional Arab food, usually served in a pita, which acts as a pocket, or wrapped in a flatbread .

Ingredients:
Chickpea (boiled) 1 cup
Chopped coriander 2 b
Parsley 2 bunch
Cumin powder 1 tb
Pepper powder ½ ts
Red chilly powder/ Paprika 1 tb
Chopped garlic 1 ts
Chopped onion 2 n
Salt
Baking powder 1 pinch
Chick pea flour 2 tb
Lemon juice 2 tb

Method:
Take a bowl add chickpeas(soaked the chickpeas over night and boiled ) and add chopped coriander, dry parsley, cumin powder, pepper powder, red chilly powder, chopped garlic, chopped onion, salt, make a coarse paste in blender and add baking powder, chick pea flour (you can also use all purpose flour), water, lemon juice,
Mix it and make dumplings and deep fry them.
Serve this with Pita bread along with salad vegetables and Tahini sauce.
