An international favorite, this a a simple yet a delicious recipe.MASHED POTATOES Ingredients 4-5 medium potatoes, peeledSalt to taste½ cup milk1 tablespoon butter¼ teaspoon nutmeg (jaiphal) powder 1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsleyFresh parsley sprig for garnishing Method 1. Heat sufficient water in a deep non-stick pan. Add salt and boil. 2. Cut potatoes into cubes, add and boil till potato cubes turn soft. Mash and strain in another non-stick pan. 3. Place pan back on heat, add milk and mix well till smooth. Add butter, nutmeg powder and parsley and mix well. 4.
