MASOOR DAL WITH TOMATOIngredient1 cup split red lentil (masoor dal), wash ¼ teaspoon turmeric powdersalt to taste1 medium tomato, chopped2 tablespoon mustard oil½ teaspoon cumin seeds2-3 dry red chillies 1 teaspoon chopped coriander for garnishMethod1. Add split red lentil in a pressure cooker, add 2 cups of water, salt, turmeric powder and tomato, pressure cook for 2 whistle.2. Heat mustard oil in a non-stick pan, add cumin seeds once it crackle, add dry red chillies, cooked split red lentil dal and sauté for 2-3 minutes 3.
