MATAR MUSHROOM BHARTAIngredients 1 cup frozen green peas (matar)10-12 button mushrooms2 tbsps oil 1 tsp cumin seeds1 medium onion, finely chopped 1 tbsp finely chopped ginger1 tbsp finely chopped garlicSalt to taste¼ tsp turmeric powder1 tsp coriander powder1 tsp red chilli powder¼ cup tomato puree Ginger strips for garnishingMethod1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add cumin seeds and let them change colour. Add onion and sauté till translucent. Add ginger and garlic and sauté till fragrant. 2. Finely chop mushrooms in a food processor and add to the pan and mix well. Add salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder and red chilli powder and mix well. Add tomato puree and mix well. Cover and cook on medium heat till the mushrooms are done. 3. Add green peas and mix well and cook till the peas are heated through.4.
