Make your favourite matar paneer mixture and top it over pizza dough loaded with cheese. A must try recipe !MATAR PANEER PIZZA Ingredients½ cup green peas (matar)100 grams cottage cheese (paneer), cut into cubes250 grams readymade pizza dough 1 tablespoon oil1 teaspoon cumin seeds (jeera)½ tablespoon ginger-garlic paste2 medium onions, finely chopped 1-2 green chillies, finely chopped¼ teaspoon turmeric powder½ teaspoon red chilli powderSalt to taste1 teaspoon coriander powder½ teaspoon garam masala powder1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander leaves + for topping Refined flour (maida) for dusting ¼ cup grated mozzarella cheese Melted butter for brushing Method1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add cumin seeds and let the seeds change colour. 2. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute. Add onions, mix and sauté till they turn translucent. 3. Add green chillies, turmeric powder, chilli powder, salt and coriander powder, mix and cook for a minute. Add little water and mix. Add some water and mix well.4. Add green peas and stir. Add cottage cheese, mix and simmer for a minute. 5. Add garam masala powder and mix well. Add little water, stir, cover and simmer for 2 minutes. 6. Add salt and coriander leaves and mix well. Remove from heat and cool to room temperature. 7. Preheat oven to 180̊ C.8. Dust the worktop with some flour. Place the dough on it and flatten into a large disc. Spread the matar paneer and top with some cheese, coriander leaves and remaining cheese. Set aside to prove for 10-15 minutes. 9. Transfer the pizza on baking tray and brush the edges with some butter. Dust with some flour, put the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes. 10. Cut into wedges and serve hot.
