2 small tomatoes
1-inch ginger
¾ tsp cumin seeds
2-3 piece of red chilly (Kashmiri Lal Mirch)
¼ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp coriander powder
½ tsp garam masala
2 tsp fresh cream
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp Kasuri methi (dry fenugreek leaves)
¾ tsp red chilly powder
2 tbsp oil
Coriander leaves chopped fine to garnish
