Meen kulambu - Fish gravy recipe using freshly prepared masalas

Fish - 750kg
Mustard seeds - 1tsp
Fenugreek seeds - 1/4tsp
Small onions - 200gms
Turmeric powder - 1/2tsp
Rock salt to taste
Blended tomato - 3nos
Tamarind pulp water - 1cup
Coriander leaves
Blended masala paste

Ingredients for fish masala paste
Kashmiri red chilli - 3nos
Dry red chilli - 7nos
Black pepper corns - 1tsp
Coriander seeds - 3tsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2tsp
Fennel seeds - 1/2tsp
Curry leaves
Garlic cloves - 5nos
Ginger - 2inch
