METHI DANA SABZIIngredient¼ cup fenugreek seed (methi dana), soaked overnight 1 tbsp mustard oil½ tsp cumin seeds½ tsp fennel seedsA pinch of asafoetida (hing)Salt to taste¼ teaspoon turmeric powder½ teaspoon red chili powder½ teaspoon coriander powder6-7 raisins4-5 almond, roughly chopped + for garnish5-6 cashew nut, roughly chopped + for garnish¼ teaspoon dried mango powder½ teaspoon honeyMethod1. Heat mustard oil in a deep non-stick pan, add cumin seeds, fennel seeds and sauté till it crackles. Add asafoetida and fenugreek seeds.2. Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and sauté for a minute. Cover and cook for 3-4 minutes.3. Add raisin, almond, cashew nut, dried mango powder, honey and sauté for 1-2 minutes on medium heat.4.
