- Wheat Flour - 2 cup - 250 grams
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
- Oil 1 tsp

Stuffing
- Fenugreek leaves - 200 grams
- Oil 2 tsp
- Cumin Seeds 1/2 tsp
- Asafoetida - 1/2 pinch
- Green Chilli - 2 - chopped
- Ginger - 3/4 inch, grated
- Red Chilli powder - 1/4 tsp
- Salt - 1/2 tsp

- Ghee - 2-3 tbsp
