Heat sufficient oil in a kadai.2. Mix together gram flour, wheat flour, fenugreek leaves and salt in a bowl. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, ginger-green chilli paste, chilli powder, white sesame seeds and some yogurt and knead into a stiff dough. 3. Divide the dough into equal portions and shape into 1 inch thin rolls. 4. Put the muthiyas in hot oil and deep-fry on medium heat till golden brown and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper. 5. Serve hot.
