Mix together fenugreek leaves, yogurt, coriander leaves, ginger-green chilli paste, chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder, baking soda, sugar, 1 tablespoon oil and gram flour in a bowl. Add water as required and mix well into a batter of dropping consistency. 2. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Drop in portions of the batter and deep-fry till golden brown.
