Mexican Wrap is a tasty dish, with its traditional and delightful mexican flavours. This dish can be made in a jiffy.MEXICAN WRAPIngredients 4 refined flour (maida) rotis4-5 babycorn, diagonally sliced½ medium yellow zucchini, sliced½ medium green zucchini, sliced1 cup mixed capsicum triangles (red, yellow and green)2 tablespoons olive oil + for greasing1 teaspoon red chilli flakes1 teaspoon dried oregano Crushed black peppercorns to tasteSalt to tasteChipotle as requiredGrated processed cheese for toppingButter for brushingMethod1. Mix together babycorn, yellow zucchini, green zucchini, mixed capsicum triangles, olive oil, chilli flakes, dried oregano, crushed peppercorns and salt in a bowl.2. Heat a non-stick grill pan. Place the marinated vegetables and grill from both sides till golden brown. Transfer in a bowl.3. Preheat an electric griller. 4. Spread some chipotle on one side of each roti. Put some grilled vegetables in the center of each roti, top with some cheese and roll. 5. Place each wrap in the preheated griller, brush some butter on top of the wraps and the griller, cover and grill till golden brown from both sides. 6.
