Condensed Milk - 120g / 1/3 cup
Powdered Sugar - 32g / 1/4 cup
Milk - 120ml / 1/2 cup
Vinegar - 1/2 tsp
Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp
Flour / Maida - 92.5g / 3/4 cup
Cocoa Powder - 15g / 2.5 tbsp.
Baking Soda - 1/4 tsp
Baking Powder - 3/4 tsp
