8 leftover idlis , cut into cubes
2 tbsp ghee
10 to 12 curry leaves
3 tbsp gun powder

Method
1. To make milagai podi idli, heat the ghee in a broad non-stick pan, add curry leaves and 3 tbsp of gun powder.
2. Saut on a medium flame for a few seconds.
3. Add the idlis, mix gently and cook on a medium flame for 1 minute, while tossing occasionally.
4. Serve hot.
