A quick and easy way to make delicious Burfi using Milk Powder.MILK POWDER BURFIIngredientsGhee to grease1 tbsp ghee1 cup milk2½ cups milk powder1½ cup powdered sugarA pinch of green cardamom powderFew saffron strands, soaked in milkAlmond and pistachio sliversMethod1. Grease a burfi tray with some ghee.2. Heat ghee in a deep non-stick pan and add milk. Let it boil, stirring continuously. 3. Add milk powder and powdered sugar. Mix well. Cook on medium heat till the mixture thickens and leaves the sides of pan, stirring continuously.4. Add green cardamom powder and mix well.5. Transfer half the mixture in burfi tray. Add soaked saffron milk in the remaining mixture. Spread it over the first mixture.6. Garnish with almond and pistachio slivers. Refrigerate till set.7.
