Here's a basic recipe for millet upma:#milletupma #healthyrecipes #healthy #easyrecipe Ingredients Quantity Ragi soaked 1 cupBajra soaked 1 cupJowar soaked 1 cupKangni (foxtail millet) soaked 1 cupOil 1 tbspGinger chopped 1 tbspCumin seeds 1 tsp Mustard seeds tspRoasted chana dal 1 tbspUrad dal 1 tsp Peanuts 2 tbsp Green chilli chopped 2-3 Onion chopped 1 Curry leaves 15-20Turmeric powder 1 tspFrench beans blanched 3-4 Carrot cut in to cubes and blanched 1Corn blanched cup Tomato chopped 1 largeSalt to taste Coriander chopped 1 tbspLemon juice Method Heat oil in a kadhai, add ginger, cumin, mustard, chana dal, urad dal and mix well. saut for 1-2 mins Add green chilli chopped, onion and saut for 2 mins Add curry leaves, turmeric powder, French beans, carrot, corn, tomatoes, salt and mix well. saut for 1 mins.Add jowar, bajra, nachni, kangani, water and mix well.
