Add chana dal in bowl add water and set aside for 8 hours2. Add rice in bowl add water and set aside for 8 hours3. Grind soaked chana dal with little water to make smooth batter cover.4. Grind soaked soaked rice with little water to make smooth batter.5. Add chana dal batter and rice batter in a bowl mix with hands, cover and set aside for fermenting for 7-8 hours .6. Add ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder and salt mix well7.
