How to make and fold samosas at home - Ingredients:
Moong Dal - 2 tbsp
Maida - 1 ½ cup
Salt - ½ tsp
Oil - 3 tbsp
Water
Coriander Seeds - 3 tsp
Cumin - 2 tsp
Fennel - 2 tsp
Cloves - 2
Cardamom - 1
Kashmiri Red Chili - 4
Kasoori methi - 1 tsp
Black pepper - 1 tsp
Amchoor Powder - 3 tsp
Black Salt - 2 tsp
Besan - ¾ cup
Oil - 3 tbsp
Cashew - 10
Hing - 1 pinch
Sugar - 4 tsp
Salt - 1/4
Raisin - 10
Oil to deep fry
