Tamarind paste cupCoriander powder 1 tbspCumin powder tbspRed chilli powder tspTurmeric powder tspBrown onion 2-3 no.Coriander leaves chopped 2-3 tbspSalt to tasteMethod:1. Wash, wipe and slit green chillies lengthwise without cutting through. 2. Heat 4 tbsp of oil in a pan and fry the chillies till light brown.3. Remove in a bowl and keep it aside. 4. Take roasted peanut in a mixer jar, add cup of water and grind it to a smooth paste. Keep it aside.5. In same pan, add panch phoron, dry red chillies, curry leaves, ginger-garlic paste, green chilli paste and tamarind paste, mix well and sauts for 1 min.6. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt and brown onion, mix well and saut for 1 min.7. Add prepared peanut paste and some water mix well and cook for 15 min. 8. Add 2 cups of water, mix well and cook for another 4-5 min.9. Add fried chilies, mix well and cook for 2 min.10. Add chopped coriander leaves and mix well.11.
