Mirchi vada recipe is stuffed chili fritters that is prepared with thick and less spicy green chillies, which are then stuffed with little spicy potato stuffing and dipped in a gram flour batter and deep fried until crisp. Does that make your hunger pangs go wild?MIRCHI VADAIngredients 6 Bhavnagri chillies 1 tablespoon oil1 cup mashed potato½ teaspoon red chilli powder + for sprinkling½ teaspoon coriander powder½ teaspoon roasted cumin powder½ teaspoon garam masala powderSalt to taste1 cup gram flour¼ teaspoon turmeric powderSalt to taste¼ teaspoon baking soda¼ teaspoon chaat masala powder¼ teaspoon red chilli powder Method 1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan and add mashed potatoes, stir a little. 2. Add chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and garam masala. Mix well. 3. Add salt, mix again and set aside. 4. Fill the prepared mixture in bhavnagri chillies. Set aside. 5. Mix together, gram flour, turmeric powder, salt, baking soda and red chilli powder in a bowl along with some water.6. Dip the stuffed chillies in the gram flour mixture. 7. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai to deep-fry. 8. Deep-fry the stuffed chillies till golden brown, drain on absorbent paper. 9.
