Oil cup Cumin seeds tsp Curry leaves 5-6 nosOnion chopped 2 nos Ginger and garlic paste 1 tbsp Tomato chopped 3 nosSalt to tasteRed chilli powder 1 tbsp Turmeric powder 1 tsp Misal masala 3 tbspGreen chillies chopped 2 nosWater 1 litre Moth beans sprouts 1 cup for potato mixture. oil 2 tbsp asafoetida 1 tsp Mustard seeds 1 tsp Curry leaves 5-6 nos Boiled potato 2 nos Turmeric powder tsp Salt to taste for assembling misal. Farsaan Potato Mixture Misal Tarri lemon wedges onion chopped Pav. Method:- For dry masala. 1. Heat up a Borosil triply kadai and add dry coconut, coriander seeds, dry red chillies, sesame seeds, cloves, cinnamon stick, black pepper whole, cumin seeds, poppy seeds and curry leaves2. now dry roast the masala till the aroma comes out. 3. then add the roasted masala into the mixer grinder.4. now add salt and grind the masala into fine powder keep aside for further use. for misal. 1. heat up borosil triply kadai and add oil, cumin seeds, curry leaves, onion chopped mix well and saut for 2-3 mins. 2. now add ginger & garlic paste mix well and saut for 2-3 mins.3. then add tomato chopped and salt mix well and saut for 5-6 mins. 4. further add red chilli powder, turmeric powder and misal masala mix well and saut until oil release in it. 5. now add water mix well and bring to a boil. 6. then add moth beans sprouts mix well and cook for 10 mins.7. remove the misal in a borosil serving bowl. 8. misal is ready to serve. 9. serve immediately. for potato mixture. 1. heat up borosil triply kadai add oil, asafoetida, mustard seeds, curry leaves boiled potato, turmeric powder, salt mix and saut it well. for assemble.1. take 5 borosil vision katori 2.
