Sharing Meetha dahi recipe with you all today. Meetha dahi is a popular Indian dessert recipe which is also known as Sweet Yogurt. Mishti Doi is very popular in Kolkata, West Bengal. Mishti DoiIngredients:1-litre milk (full fat)1/4 cup milk powder1/4 cup sugar1/4 cup sugar (for caramelised)2 tbsp plain yoghurtChopped nuts for garnishingHow to make:In a deep heavy bottom, pan mix milk powder and ¼ cup sugar and bring it to boil.In another pan add ¼ cup of sugar and melt on medium high flame till sugar gets completely melt and turns nice in golden colour or you can say, cook, until it’s caramelized.
