The palak in this gives it a more nutritional valueMISSI ROTI PALAKWALIIngredients2 cups gram flour¼ cup spinach puree2 tbsps oil + for brushing and greasing 1 medium onion¾ cup whole wheat flour + for dusting 1 tsp finely chopped green chilliesSalt to taste1 tsp chaat masala ¼ tsp turmeric powderButter for bastingMethod1. Heat a Gas Oven Tandoor (GOT) and brush with some oil.2. Finely chop onion and place in a bowl. Add gram flour, wheat flour, green chillies, salt, chaat masala, turmeric powder, spinach puree and 2 tbsps oil, mix and knead into a soft dough using water as required.3. Divide the dough into equal portions and shape them into balls. Dust them with wheat flour.4. Grease one palm with oil and another with water and spread the balls into medium size rotis. 5. Place the rotis in the Gas Oven Tandoor (GOT), keeping the wet part underside, cover and cook till one side is done. Flip, cover and cook, basting with butter till the other side is also done.6.
