A flavourful and comforting roti that pairs along well with almost everything!MISSI ROTIIngredients1½ cups whole wheat flour + for dusting½ cup Tata Sampann Fine Besan1 small onion, finely chopped½ tsp dried fenugreek leaves (kasuri methi)Salt to tasteA pinch of turmeric powder1-2 tsps oilSabzi to serveGhee for drizzlingQuartered onions to serveLemon wedges to serveGreen chillies to serveMethod1. In a parat, add whole wheat flour, besan, onion, kasuri methi, salt, turmeric powder, and mix well.2. Drizzle oil and mix till well combined. Add water and knead to soft dough, cover with damp muslin cloth and set aside for 5-7 minutes.3. Heat a non-stick tawa, meanwhile, take a portion of the dough and shape it into a ball, roll in whole wheat flour and flatten it. Roll into a roti.4. Dust the excess flour and place the roti on the hot tawa. Cook for 1 minute, flip and apply ghee. Repeat this process till the roti is cooked completely and brown specks appear on it.5. Apply a little ghee before serving.
