Ingredients:

2 Cup Urad Dal
2 Carrots, grated
1 tbsp Garlic, crushed
1 tbsp Kasuri Methi (Dried Fenugreek Leaves)
1 tsp Green Chillies, chopped
Coriander Leaves
Salt to taste

Method:

- First, soak the urad dal over night in some water. Grind the dal to a smooth paste. This urad dal batter is ready for use.
- In a bowl, add the urad dal batter, grated carrot, garlic, kasuri methi, coriander leaves, green chillies & salt. Mix everything well.
- Add little water if required.
- Make small pakodas and deep fry them in hot oil.
- Serve the hot Pakodas with tomato ketchup.
