A perfect way to include sprouts in your diet, this recipe of Mixed Sprouts Cups is not only nutritious, but equally as tasty too!MIXED SPROUTS CUPSIngredients200 gms mixed sprouts (moong, chana, matki), blanched130 gms bhuna maslaMelted butter, as required2 spring-roll wrappers, cut into 2 inch squares50 gms cheeseJalapeno pepper slices, as requiredMethod1. Preheat oven to 180° C2. Put sprouts in a non-stick pan, add bhuna masala and ½ cup water and mix well. Cook till dry.3. Brush melted butter all over the spring roll pieces. Place 2-3 pieces in each silicon mould.4. Put the spiced sprouts in each mould over the wrappers.5. Cut cheese into thin slices and break into small pieces.6. Put jalapeno slices in each mould and over that keep the cheese pieces.7. Place the moulds in a tray and bake in a preheated oven for 10-12 minutes.
