Ingredients for Veg Fried Rice
Basmati Rice - बासमती चावल - 1 Cup (200 grams)
Salt - नमक - 1.5 tsp
Oil - तेल - 2 tbsp + 1 tsp
Ginger - अदरक - 1 tsp, grated
Green Chilli - हरी मिर्च - 2, finely chopped
Carrot - गाजर - 1/2 Cup, chopped
Beans - फलियां - 1/4 Cup, chopped
Cabbage - पत्तागोभी - 1/4 Cup, chopped
Green Capsicum - हरी शिमलामिर्च - 1/2 Cup, chopped
Yellow Capsicum - पीली शिमलामिर्च - 1/2 Cup, chopped
Green Chilli Sauce - हरी मिर्च सॉस - 1 tsp
Soya Sauce - सोया सॉस - 1/2 tsp
Vinegar - सिरका - 1.5 tsp
Coriander Leaves - हरा धनिया - 2 tsp

Maggi Masala-e-Magic - मैगी मसाला- ए-मैजिक - 1 sachet
