Modak||मोडक

Ingredients
• Rice Flour-300gms
• Grated Coconut-50gms
• Paneer-50gms
• Mixed Dry Fruits-45gms
• Cashew Powder-30gms
• Gulkhand-1Tbsp
• Ghee-30ml
• Condensed Milk-1Tsp
• Dried Rose Petals-Few
• Rose Essence-Few Drops
• Jaggery-20gms
• Cardamom Powder-10gms
• Sugar-10gms
• Salt-To Taste

| Method |
• To make the dough boil water, add ghee, sugar, cardamom powder, salt, rose essence & rice flour. Knead it till you form dough.
• For the stuffing
- 1st Flavour : Paneer & Cashew
Heat Ghee, add chopped dry fruits, mashed Paneer, cashew powder, cardamom powder, dried rose petals & condensed milk. Mix it nicely and keep it aside
- 2nd Flavour : Gulkhand
Heat ghee, add mixed dry fruits, grated coconut, cardamom powder, jaggery, gulkhand, salt & rose essence. Mix it nicely and keep it aside.
• Make small balls of the rice dough, put it in the mould and stuff it with the prepared flavours.
• Steam it for 15-20mins
