Diwali Sweet recipe - Gujarati Mohanthal Recipe is a Gram Flour Fudge with Nuts and Saffron. Mohanthal Recipe is a very traditional festive sweet made from sweetened gram flour or besan and then fudge flavored with saffron and nuts.

Ingredients:
Gram flour - 2 cups
Milk - 3 tbsp + 1/2 cup
Desi Ghee - 2 tbsps + 3/4 cup
Chopped nuts for garnishing

Sugar syrup :
Sugar - 1 cup
Water - 3/4 cup
Saffron - Few strands
Cardamom Powder - 1/4 tsp
