Molten French Toast
Ingredients for Molten French Toast:
Milk 1/2 L
Eggs 4
Vanilla essence 1 ½ tsp
Sugar 1/2 cup
Milk powder 3 tbsp.
Bread slices 3
Nutella as required
Chocolate shavings as required
Oil (for frying) as required

Ingredients for Assembling:
Ice-cream as required
Bananas (sliced) as required
Strawberry as required
Peanuts (crushed) as required
Chocolate syrup as required
Caramel syrup as required
Icing sugar as required

Directions for Molten French toast:
1. In a bowl add eggs, sugar, and milk powder and whisk well. Now add vanilla essence and milk, whisk it again.
2. Take three bread slices, spread Nutella on each bread slice and top them with chocolate shavings.
3. Now stack slices one by one into 3 layer sandwich.
4. Dip the sandwich into egg and milk mixture.
5. Heat oil on a pan and fry the slices until golden brown in color from each side.
6. Take off flame, top it with ice-cream, icing sugar, bananas, strawberries, peanuts, chocolate syrup, caramel syrup and serve. Your Molten French Toast is ready.

Cooking time: 15-20 mins
