Mooli Pyaz Ki Chutney Radish Chutney Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

This is a Mooli chutney, which even uses the greens of the raddish to make a tangy relish to go with spicy curries and rich flavours. Enjoy!

MOOLI PYAZ KI CHUTNEY

Ingredients

1 small bunch of small white radishes, peeled and grated
2 cups finely chopped radish greens
1 medium onion, sliced
Salt to taste
Black salt to taste
1 tsp chaat masala
1-2 green chillies, chopped
2-3 tsps lemon juice
1 tbsp fresh coriander leaves, chopped

Method

1. Take the grated radishes in a large bowl, add radishes green, onion, salt, black salt, chaat masala, green chillies, lemon juice, coriander leaves and mix till well combines.
2. Refrigerator for an hour and serve with roti.
