Cheela is replaced by breads and stuffed with a delicious sandwich filling.MOONG DAL CHEELA SANDWICHIngredients1 cup Tata Sampann Moong Dal2 tbsps oats flour¼ tsp turmeric powder ½ tsp red chilli powder Salt to taste¼ cup chopped green capsicum¼ cup chopped yellow capsicum¼ cup chopped red capsicum¼ cup corn kernels, boiled½ cup paneer , cut into ½ inch cubes1 ½ tbsps ketchup1 tbsp green chutney½ tsp dried oreganoA pinch of chilli flakesCrushed black peppercorn to taste ¼ tsp chaat masala1 ½ tbsps. OilGreen chutney for servingMethod1. Wash and soak Tata Sampann Moong Dal for 2 hours.2. Take a blender jar, add soaked Tata Sampann Moong Dal and grind into smooth paste. Transfers the mixture in a bowl and add ½ cup of water in a blender jar mix and add it into the mixture.3. Add oats flour and mix well. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt, mix well and set aside.4. Take green capsicum in a bowl, add yellow capsicum, red capsicum, corn kernels, paneer, tomato ketchup, green chutney, dried oregano, chilli flakes, crushed black peppercorn, and chaat masala and mix well.5. Heat oil in a non-stick pan, pour portion of the batter and spread evenly. Drizzle little oil on the sides and cook for 2-3 minutes till golden colour from both the sides.6. Add prepared stuffing and spread evenly and pour spoonful batter on top , drizzle little oil from sides ,cover and cook for 2-3 minutes on medium heat.7. Remove the lid flip the cheela and drizzle little oil on sides, cover and cook for more 3-4 minutes.8. Transfer the cheela on a worktop and cut it into four pieces.9.
