Crispy Moong Dal ke Pakode, Moong Dal Ke Mungode, Moong Dal Pakoda Bhajiya Vada Recipe, Green Split Lentil Fritters,

Ingredients of Moong Dal Mangode
Moong Dal - 1 cup (soaked)
Potatoes - 2 (peeled and chopped)
Coriander Leaves - 3 to 4 tbsp (finely chopped)
Salt - 1 tsp (or to taste)
Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
Chilli Flakes - ½ tsp
Asafoetida - 1 pinch
Green Chilli - 3 to 4 (finely chopped)
Ginger - 1 inch (grated)

How to make Moong Dal Mangode
1- Take 1 cup of Moong Dal, soak it for 2 hours in the lukewarm water.
2- Rub it between your palms to separate its peels from it.
3- Wash it with water and grind it in the grinder.
4- Take 2 raw potatoes, peel and chop them into the bite-size pieces.
5- Add 1 teaspoon of coriander powder, 1 teaspoon of salt, ½ teaspoon of chilli flakes, 3 to 4 finely chopped green chillies, grated 1-inch ginger julienne to it.
6- Add 1 pinch of asafoetida, 3 to 4 tbsp finely chopped green coriander to it and mix them well.
7- Preheat oil to fry Mangode, add Mangode to fry in the heated oil.
8- Flip and fry them till they appear golden brown in colour.
9- Drain out the fried mangode and fry all the mangode likewise.

Serving
1- Serve Mangodes with green coriander dip.
