MOONG DAL

Ingredients

2 cups soaked moong dal
Oil for deep-frying
Salt to taste

Method

1. Drain the water from the soaked moong dal
2. Spread the drained moong dal on an absorbent paper and pat-dry.
3. Transfer to a plate and keep aside.
4. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai to deep-fry.
5. Deep-fry the moong dal till golden, drain on an absorbent paper.
6. Sprinkle salt over the moong dal and mix well.
7. Transfer to an air tight jar and store.
