Carrot 1 no.Coriander chopped 1TbspGreen Chilli 2-3 no.French Beans 2-3no.Bread 4 slicedButter 1TbspMethod Wash and rinse moong dal Soak Moong dal for 30 mins in hot water and keep it asideStrain the moong dal and transfer it to a mixer grinder jaradd black pepper, cumin seeds, and grind to a fine paste. transfer the mixture the paste to a bowl and keep asideadd in turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt to taste, ginger, onion , carrot , coriander and mix well. add green chilli, french beans and mix well. add 1 tsp water as required and to achieve a spreadable consistency Heat borosil nonstick tawa and keep asideSpread the mixture over the bread slices. and place the bread on the tawa to toast it, cook on medium heat. occasionally turn as requiredadd butter and flip the toast.once the moong dal toast is ready on both sides transfer to a chopping boardcut it into tringles and serve on a platter with ketchup.garnish with a coriander sprig and serve hot.
