Ideal breakfast, healthy and tastyMOONG TOASTIngredients 1 cup whole green gram (sabut moong), soaked, boiled8 brown bread slices 1 medium onion3 medium potatoes, boiled and peeledSalt to taste2 tsps chaat masala1 tbsp pav bhaji masalaCoriander-mint chutney, as requiredButter to cook1 medium onion, cut into thin roundels, layers separated Method 1. Chop onion finely and put into a bowl and add green gram. Crush boiled potatoes and add.2. Add salt, chaat masala and pav bhaji masala and mix well mashing slightly.3. Apply coriander-mint chutney on all the bread slices. Spread gram mixture generously on 4 slices and cover them with the remaining. 4. Apply a little butter on outer sides of the sandwiches.5. Grease a sandwich toaster with butter or oil or ghee, place a sandwich in it, close and cook on medium heat, turning sides till both sides are golden.6.
