Take green gram in a mixie jar. Add onions, coriander, ginger, green chillies, asafoetida, baking soda, rice flour, salt and grind to a coarse mixture. 2. Heat oil to deep fry.3. Drop small portions of the batter into the oil and deep fry till golden brown and crunchy.4. Drain on absorbent paper. 5.
