A very seasonal chutney made of fresh radish pods and dry pomegranate pearls, tasty and very healthy!

MOONGRE TE ANARDANA DI CHUTNEY

Ingredients

250 grams radish pods (moongre)
1½ tbsps dry pomegranate pearls (anardana)
Sea salt to taste
2-3 green chillies, chopped
2 tbsps chopped fresh coriander leaves
1 tbsp lemon juice

Method

1. Chop radish pods into 1½ inch pieces, sea salt, green chillies, coriander leaves, lemon juice, dry pomegranate pearls and ¼ cup water and blend to a coarse paste.
2. Transfer the blended paste into a serving bowl and serve.
