"Mor Gang" is a traditional, even ancient, Thai dessert. Before the modern electric or gas ovens like today, the charcoal fire ovens were propped up for the occasions. This version of "Mor Gang" has taro in it. But you will also find other staple like mung bean paste or plain custard versions as well.
