Ladoos made in ghee have a greater shelf life as compared to those made in oil. Given below are the ingredients of this Motichoor Ladoo recipe.

Ingredients:
(In the order of instructions)
1 cup Besan
1 tbsp Rava
A pinch of orange food colour
Oil/Ghee for deep frying
1 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Water
A pinch of food colour
1 tsp Cardamom powder
1 tsp Ghee
A handful of Cashews
2 tbsp Melon seeds
