Delicious motichoor crumble rolled in pears, pineapple and watermelon for a carnival of flavours in your mouth.MOTICHOOR SUSHIIngredients7 motichoor laddoos1 medium pineapple, peeled and cut into slices½ medium pear½ lemon½ medium watermelonSilver warq for garnishPistachios blanched and slivered, for garnishMethod1. Take motichoor laddoos in a bowl.Mash the laddoos completely.2. Cut pineapple slices into long strips. Cut a pear into long slices. Squeeze and add half a lemons juice on pears. 3. Cut a slice of watermelon and cut out the outer edge, and cut into long slices.4. Take a sushi sheet, place a parchment paper, add the mashed laddoos on one edge and spread it. Add a pear strip, pineapple strip and a watermelon strip. Follow this sequence three times.5. Tightly fold the sushi sheet along with the parchment sheet, slightly press from sides and roll the mixture slightly to form a sushi. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours or till set.6. Take the sushi roll on a worktop and remove the parchment paper. Cut the roll into thick slices. 7.
