Mix together refined flour, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and crushed peppercorns on a plate. 2. Mix together cornflakes, panko breadcrumbs, salt, crushed peppercorns and fresh mixed herbs on another plate.3. Break eggs in a bowl. Add salt and crushed peppercorns and beat well. 4. Coat mozzarella fingers in flour mixture, dip in beaten egg mixture and coat with breadcrumb mixture. 5. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Put the prepared mozzarella fingers and deep-fry till golden brown and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper. 6. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
