Mug Cake | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

A quick and easy recipe to make sinfully delicious mug cake in your microwave oven.

MUG CAKE

Ingredients

For one portion
3 tbsps milk
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp nutella
2 tbsps cocoa powder
4 tbsps refined flour
1½ tbsps castor sugar
Salt to taste
½ tsp baking powder

Method

1. In a mug, add milk, vanilla essence, oil and chocolate hazelnut spread, mix well. Add cocoa powder, flour, castor sugar, salt and baking powder. Mix till well combined.
2. Microwave for 5 minutes. Dust with icing sugar and serve immediately.
