MULLED WINE TRUFFLESIngredients1½ cups red wine½ cup fresh cream1 cup melted dark chocolate¼ cup sugar5-6 black peppercorns2 inch cinnamon stick2-3 clovesA pinch of nutmegA pinch of all spice powder2 orange slicesUnsweetened coco powderMethod1. Heat wine in a non-stick pan, add sugar, black peppercorns, cinnamon stick, cloves and grate nutmeg.2. Add all spice powder, orange slices and let it come to a boil. Reduce the wine till ¼ its quantity.3. Heat cream in a non-stick pan, add this to the melted chocolate, strain the wine mixture into the same bowl and mix till well combined. Refrigerate till set.4. Divide the mixture into small equal portions. Take coco powder on a plate and place each portion into the coco powder and roll till evenly coated.5. Shape each portion into a ball.
