For marination take a bowl add hung curd, ginger garlic paste, chopped green chilli, Cumin powder, shahi jeera, kasoori methi powder, roasted chana dal powder, salt, oil, lime juice and mix it like a paste. In this add onion and capsicum dices and slowly mix them with the marination. If using wooden skewers then soak the skewer sticks in water for 30 minutes. Take a wooden skewer at a time start threading marinated onion, capsicum and paneer on the skewers. Arrange all the skewers in a baking tray. Place the baking tray in the oven and bake it. Apply some melted butter over the paneer and vegetables and sprinkle little bit of chat masala.
