Ingredients

Paneer 250 Grams
Hung Curd 2 Tablespoons
Ginger garlic paste 1/2 Teaspoons
Green chilli (finely chopped) 2 Numbers
Cumin powder 1/2 Teaspoons
Shahi jeera 1/4 Teaspoons
Kasoori methi powder (optional) 1/4 Teaspoons
Garam masala 1/2 Teaspoons
Spring onions (chopped) 1 Tablespoons
Roasted chana dal powder 2 Tablespoons
Salt 1 0
Oil 2 Cup
Onion (cut into dice) 1 Numbers

Directions: Cut the paneer into thick cubes. For marination take a bowl add hung curd, ginger garlic paste, chopped green chilli, Cumin powder, shahi jeera, kasoori methi powder, roasted chana dal powder, salt, oil, lime juice and mix it like a paste. In this add onion and capsicum dices and slowly mix them with the marination. If using wooden skewers then soak the skewer sticks in water for 30 minutes. Take a wooden skewer at a time start threading marinated onion, capsicum and paneer on the skewers. Arrange all the skewers in a baking tray. Place the baking tray in the oven and bake it. Apply some melted butter over the paneer and vegetables and sprinkle little bit of chat masala. Serve it with mint chutney.
